Marketing of properties

We are duly licensed API agents with license number 3131 in the Official Real Estate Agents’ Association of Barcelona and registered with license number 4680 in the Register of Real Estate Agents of the Government of Catalonia. Our goal is to get as close as possible to our clients from our headquarters at Calle Valencia, 245 (Barcelona), and also through the opening of our first real estate office right on the street, located in the heart of the city center of Barcelona.

The multidisciplinary team comprising our real estate department is in charge of comprehensively managing the different services that make up the marketing of properties, establishing synergies, if necessary, with the Mortgage and Real Estate Law department of the company’s law firm. This is one of the reasons why we are able to provide all our clients with excellent service.

On a daily basis, our team strives to obtain the most satisfactory option for our clients by using all the knowledge and experience at their disposal to process transactions as quickly as possible, always exuding the utmost confidence.

The services that we provide in this area encompass comprehensive management of real estate transactions for both sellers and buyers, whether individuals, banks, developers, investor groups, partners, or companies are involved.

We have the necessary ability, know-how, and experience to handle all operations and transactions involved for all types of properties, whether new buildings or second-hand properties: flats, premises, detached houses, parking spaces, storage spaces, pieces of land, industrial buildings, and houses in housing developments, among others. Drawing up contracts and public deeds

Aside from comprehensively managing purchase and sale transactions from start to finish, we are in charge of drawing up the contracts that will regulate such transactions. Likewise, we provide the technical services required to put a home on the market.

These include processing its certificate of occupancy, obtaining an energy performance certificate, or managing and supervising its renovation. For this reason, we have a portfolio of trusted suppliers who can be relied upon to carry out the works as professionally as possible and under excellent conditions.

Managing financing

Managing financing is another service that we offer our clients. We know full well how important it is to properly manage financing for a property, and this is why we provide advisory services on finding a mortgage that best suits the needs of each client, so that the purchase can be made under the best possible conditions.

For example, in a purchase and sale transaction, we can manage notary services and process the title deed to the property, by referring it to our Filing Department. This transaction can also be referred to our Tax Department so that this new asset can be included in the annual tax return.

Likewise, it is important to remember that the real estate sector has shown unprecedented growth over the last few years, as many properties are in the hands of banks. For this reason, it is absolutely essential to have agreements in place with the above-mentioned banks or their corporations to market these properties: agreements such as those which Arnal has signed with the leading Spanish banks and savings banks.
