2. Intellectual property and liability concerning the contents

ARNAL can accept no responsibility whatsoever for the contents of any other pages of the Website which can be visited via links placed on our pages, as the case may be, as established in Art. 17 of the LSSI.   3. ARNAL does not grant any license or authorisation for personal use by the User rights of intellectual property or other rights related to this website and the services offered therein.   Therefore, the User acknowledges that the reproduction, distribution, marketing, transformation, and in general, any other form of exploitation, by any procedure, of all or part of the contents of this Website constitutes an infringement of ARNAL’s intellectual and/or industrial property rights and the companies that own the Website, which may give rise to the exercise by said merchants of all legal or extra-judicial actions that may correspond in the exercise of their rights.   Similarly, the information, which the user can access through the ARNAL website may be protected by industrial, intellectual or other property rights. Accordingly, ARNAL will not be responsible in any case and under no circumstances for the infractions that the User may commit in relation to these rights.

3. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction

This legal policy is subject to the provisions of the Spanish law. Any conflict arising from the interpretation of it will be submitted by the Parties to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barcelona, provided that this is not contrary to the provisions of Art. 29 of the LSSI.
