Arnal has successfully obtained the ISO 27001 Certification Audit.

With this certification, the Security Project that Arnal began at the beginning of 2020 is completed. The project has allowed us to adapt to the regulatory requirements in terms of information security, and in turn, comply with the requirements of our clients, guaranteeing the security of the services offered.

This standard certifies Arnal in the creation and maintenance of an Information Security Management System that minimizes the risks of the BPO Documentary, BPO Servicing and Legal processes within the scope of the certification, guaranteeing a control and an adequate level of security.
